TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Ticket good for showtime on ticket only.
- No refunds issued day of movie/event. For refunds prior to movie/event day, please email email@example.com.
- Tickets must be presented at the box office before entering the auditorium OR you can stop by the box office and give us your name to locate your tickets.
- Purchasing tickets online does not guarantee your group seats adjacent to each other.
- Purchasing tickets online does not guarantee a seat if you arrive 5 min before showtime or after movie has started. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure a seat.
- These terms and conditions can be revised at any time.
- By purchasing a ticket you agree to list your top five favorite movie quotes when requested by an Art Haus staff member.
What information do we collect?
We only collect your email address when you purchase tickets. No credit card information is stored.

-To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

-To send periodic emails; The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Only Tahoe Art Haus & Cinema’s banking partner will access confidential information (such as your credit card number, expiry date, CVV etc.) from time to time
