TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Ticket good for showtime on ticket only.
- Tickets must be presented at the box office before entering the auditorium OR you can stop by the box office and give us your name to locate your tickets.
- Purchasing tickets online does not guarantee seating together.
- No refunds issued after start of showtime. For refunds prior to showtime, please email info@tahoearthauscinema.com or call (530) 584-2431.
- In case of power outage during the movie, vouchers will be issued. We will not issue refunds unless requested. If the power goes out before the movie starts, refunds will be issued upon request or we can move your tickets to a different showtime.
