TREW Film Fest

Clear your calendar – it’s going down! The Tahoe stop of the TREW To You Film Tour is here, featuring local duo Ryan and Jenna McDowell’s ski film, Old Dog. This event is presented by TREW Gear and Hestra Gloves and supported by Pit Viper, J Skis, Fifty Fifty, evo, 10 Barrel Brewing and more!

 

Last year, TREW scoured hundreds of applications from skiers and snowboarders across North America, selecting 10 teams to create short films showcasing their personality, perspectives, and local stomping grounds. Now we are taking the films on the road, where each team is going head-to-head to win your vote for the ultimate bragging rights and the Grand Prize of $15k! Cast your vote for your favorite team before voting closes Nov. 17! Come watch the films, get hyped for winter, and have the chance to support the local crew!

“How good can you get in 30 days?”

Married duo Ryan and Jenna McDowell, best known for their “Gnarbie” content series, tackle a new challenge. Jenna (a skier) helps Ryan (a snowboarder) see if he can learn to ski in 30 days. Can Ryan go from the bunny slope to the toughest line on the mountain, or is it too late for this old dog to learn a new trick?

All proceeds from this event will be going to High Fives Foundation, providing hope and resources for athletes from all walks of life.
