Last year, TREW scoured hundreds of applications from skiers and snowboarders across the U.S. and Canada and selected just 10 teams to create short films showcasing their personality, perspectives, and local stomping grounds. The time has come for us to enjoy the fruits of their labors! Come watch the films, get hyped for winter, and have the chance to support the local crew, Team Old Dog.
Team Old Dog is made up of happily married dynamic duo, locals Ryan and Jenna McDowell. Ryan is a filmmaker who creates content ranging from television commercials to sketch comedy to music documentaries. When Jenna is not granting wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, she enables Ryan’s creative endeavors. One of their most popular collaborations is bringing a radical skiing Barbie to life in the “Gnarbie” content series. In this TREW to You community film project, Jenna (a skier) helps Ryan (a snowboarder) see if he can learn to ski in 30 days. Can Ryan go from the bunny slope to the toughest line on the mountain, or is it too late for this old dog to learn a new trick?
We will have a bangin’ raffle with prizes from supporters: TREW Gear, Hestra, Pit Viper, Super Pacific, J Skis, Evo, Fifty Fifty, and more! All raffle proceeds will be donated to a local snow sports non profit.
