The Rescue

From Academy Award-winning filmmakers E. Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin (Free Solo), The Rescue chronicles the enthralling, against-all-odds story that transfixed the world in 2018: the daring rescue of twelve boys and their coach from deep inside a flooded cave in Northern Thailand.

The movie won the Critics Choice Award and Mill Valley Film Festival for Best Documentary.

Friday, Nov. 5 will be a fundraiser for Clean Up the Lake. The event will feature the organization’s 10 minute short film, “Make A Difference,” about the dive to clean up Donner Lake, with an introduction by Clean Up the Lake staff. A percentage of all beer and concession sales will go to Clean Up the Lake.
