Over five years of candid, behind-the-scenes footage, the film explores the powerful and often unspoken experience of matrescence—the psychological and emotional journey of becoming a mother. The film captures Fasani as she navigates the “blizzards” of her metamorphosis alongside relationship challenges, a breast cancer diagnosis, and childhood trauma.
